Gaon Group is the operating and management hub of Israel’s leading infrastructure manufacturers. Historically, its various divisions were dispersed across the country, creating logistical and operational inefficiencies. The company recently decided to consolidate all its subsidiaries and departments under one roof, selecting a 12,000-square-feet office space in the prestigious Terminal Park complex in Or Yehuda, with panoramic views of Ben Gurion Airport.

From the initial planning stage, it became clear that Gaon Group’s organizational culture favored a traditional office structure. Unlike today’s common open-plan trend, the company requested a high degree of privacy for both managers and employees, which translated into a layout with numerous enclosed rooms. The floor plan was designed around a central corridor that allows easy navigation throughout the office, highlighting key areas such as the main entrance’s open space, the “Gaon Coffee House” cafeteria, and the executive wing on the southern end.

The design concept was anchored in the company's identity and purpose. Gaon Group serves as the conduit between natural water sources and the end consumer, a metaphor that shaped the spatial planning. Circulation throughout the office was designed to mimic the flow of water, ultimately converging at the cafeteria—a symbolic place of growth, connection, and nourishment.

To further emphasize unity while celebrating individual identity, each division within the space is defined by a unique color from a cohesive and evolving spectrum. This approach gives each subsidiary its own visual character while reinforcing its role as an integral part of the overall organization.
