THE FLOOR—an innovative fintech hub uniting global companies like HSBC, Intel, KPMG, Santander, and more.

The vision was to create a vibrant, collaborative environment centered around dynamic work zones. Belgian glass partitions allow natural light to flow through the space while preserving each company's privacy, striking a balance between openness and focus.

I placed strong emphasis on the employee experience, integrating a colorful cafeteria, a fully equipped central bar, and cozy nooks like one-on-one booths, phone booths, and informal meeting spots. Formal meeting rooms were designed to welcome high-profile guests, and in collaboration with German artist Lena Petersen, I curated a refined palette of materials, colors, and custom wall art to give the space its distinctive energy and character.
